Galleria de los Muertos: An Art Exhibit Inspired by Halloween and Dia de los Muertos
ARTober in Oakhurst comes to a spooky conclusion with this pop-up art show honoring the traditions of Dia de los Muertos and Halloween. The exhibit features works by Susan ManterBolen, Jonathan Bock, Jerry Bosworth, Franka Gabler, Mary Beth Harrison, Trowzers Akimbo, and many others!
Join us for a special Halloween Reception on October 31st from 5 to 8 pm. Celebrate the thinning of veil with music, refreshments, and a costume contest. Leave messages for your loved ones on the other side in our Cementerio de los Deseos. Free, all ages.
The exhibit runs Saturday, October 26th through Saturday, November 9th, 2024 at Stellar Gallery at Yosemite Gateway Art Center 40982 Highway 41, Oakhurst, California.

Yosemite Gateway Art Center is thrilled to announce “Ripples,” the first solo art exhibition by the acclaimed artist Lina Jane. The exhibition will run from August 3rd until August 31st, with a special artist reception on August 10th from 5 pm to 8 pm. The center is located at 40982 Highway 41, Oakhurst, CA, 93644.
“Ripples” is an evocative exhibition that explores the ripple effects of our actions and experiences, both positive and negative. It is a deeply personal narrative reflecting Lina’s journey through health struggles, healing, and creation. The exhibition invites viewers to contemplate how their own actions and experiences create ripples in their lives and the lives of others.
The artist reception on August 10th will be a memorable event, featuring a sound healing performance with singing bowls by Brenda Negley and vegan healthy food by The Soup Guru. This evening promises to be an immersive experience, blending visual art, sound, and taste.
